Hi, I've changed to this tariff. It seems EDF can inform me the day before, by email, what the following day's colour will be. I can't find how to do this. Can anyone help me?
Thanks

I'd suggest that you set up a customer account online with EDF. Presumably there will be a message facility within that or at least an option to activate notifications by e-mail.

We have had tempo for just over one year. I don’t recall the fine detail but it certainly involved registering online. I have their app on both my iPad and smart phone and check the day colour and also our half hourly consumption. All the usual historic data is available. The daily usage is often running a few days late, particularly over a weekend. I remember working through the app to find a section where you can ask for the day colour to be sent by sms and/or email and the warnings come through for white and red days only. It works.

I think you are experiencing the same problem I had. I took a different route eventually by visiting the Edf site “particulier.edf.fr” and traced through to the tempo section where it shows the day count and suggests downloading the edf et moi app. On this same page there is a small print message about receiving communications (about tempo) At some point you need to login to your online account. Follow the communications link and it is here where you request the notifications about tempo day colour.
p.s. I never did find the same opportunity in their Edf et moi app.

Thanks everyone. I'll start digging through all the EDF sites.
Cheers
