In case anyone (or anyone you know) claims ASPA and is concerned about it being reclaimed from your estate (or doesn't claim it because of that reason), the law has been changed this month to say it's only reclaimable from an estate worth more than 100k as opposed to 39k, from the amount above that 100k threshold.
