And they only lasted for 11000 miles. I read this morning about a man talking about the hidden costs of his all electric Porsche. They do not run on bog standard tyres the weight of the car means they are re enforced and do not last. His old petrol model got 40.000 miles out of its tyres. Would he buy one again, no. Everything about these new electric vehicles is being forced through, just think about battery drills, it has taken nearly 30 years to get them nearly acceptable and what about the consequences from exploiting the raw materials and disposing of the car batteries in the future.

Electric cars. Clearly a "marmite" subject. Some owners admit they are not happy with them. Others can't accept they made a mistake. Still so many swallow the BS that they are the answer to global warming.
