This went up for sale late last night, I saw the ad about 8am this morning and viewed and bought it by 14hr. Massive building with a large barn but had squatters, the road is not very busy but nice and close to the autoroute with quick access to Limoges. Just under 8000sqm of land and a fixed price of just 15.000. Did not bother with inside pictures will go back on a sunny day.  |

Slight mistake on the amount of land it is not 8000 sqm it is 80.000 sqm. I really need to improve my numbers in French.
Just as well my OH can count, there are plans to build a small solar farm at the far edge of the land but that is no great issue for me.

Two minutes from the house  Back of the building  Inside, it did have squatters so its a bit messy.  |

Are you just going to tidy up and sell on straight away?

Yes but we are probably going to leave it for two years as it has 80.000 sqm of land, if we sell it right away without doing anything we can only ask 7/12th of a profit. Its worth a lot of money with the land. |

Is 80.000 sqm the same as 8 hectares? I'm not sure what your '.' means! All we can legally ask without doing any work is 23.700 euros for a detached farmhouse with 8 hectares. I could sell it at that price in 2 mins you cannot buy anything in France with 8 hectares for 23K. |
