We use Bacon By The Box too - they do Barry’s teabags too and sausages and bacon are very good. We ordered a gammon joint for xmas and it was delicious…. We did the same and sliced the gammon into small portions and put it in the freezer for sandwiches. Spreading the love through the year takes the sting out of the expense.

It certainly does - we now have a freezer full of turkey, gammon and leek pies too! Just feel blessed I now have the time to do this kind of thing…..
