So far, both of us have had calls on both days since we have been back.......and we were told to do the day 2 test today, even though there is no post collection on a Sunday, even at the Priority NHS boxes, I said would it be better to do it tomorrow morning and put it straight in the post, but reading from her sheet of paper she said we must do it today, so i can see both of those being voided on testing.......Ho Hum

But as they won’t know when you posted them………………
or do you have to put the time on them before posting?

But as they won’t know when you posted them……………… or do you have to put the time on them before posting? You have to activate the bar code supplied online and state the time you took the test, so I would have to lie if I left it till Monday……so I did what I was told guv……..,

So do the test at 23:59 tonight. Chances are they might still be valid. You meet the requirements.

It must have been a weird feeling to be in isolation whilst watching those thousands of maskless idiots on TV last night.

Did you book the day2/day8 tests from Boots or did you find a cheaper source? We are hoping to avoid quarantine altogether by going back later than planned. We will have a test in a local pharmacy and I am looking at a quite cheap option from the Government list of suppliers for our day2 test in the UK.

And another call today with the same old reading from a piece of paper rigmarole ......
This was the cheapest test I found, price recently dropped from £85 to £70

Out of interest, how do you know it is them (T&T) calling? I never answer an unrecognised number. What happens if you don't answer?

It’s always from the same 0300 number, so not a withheld cli, from what I have gathered from people who missed calls or didn’t answer, they then can then send someone round to visit to check you are there

OH had his Moderna booster jab yesterday. He says he's feeling it today ie his legs, back and neck and arm aches so I've bundled him into the garden with a bottle of water, a book and the cat and told him he's doing nothing at all! Hope he's feeling better tomorrow? Usually lasts about 24 hours doesn't it?
