This is a long shot on behalf of my wife. An online outlet called Peter Hahn, one of her favourite clothes shops, has announced that they are unable to carry on selling in the UK. I suggested she simply shops while in France because I thought the closure was because of Brexit. Unfortunately there is message to shoppers in France saying it was not possible to continue selling in France. My next stop is to see if it is possible to use the German website for deliveries in France for orders originating in France. I wondered if anyone on the forum either shops at Peter Hahn online or can offer some clever way of buying goods from them. Please let me know of a route to PH including the possibility of using their Belgium of Netherlands sites. Thanks

Looks like all of their sites only deliver to the country where the site is established. German site only delivers to Germany, Belgian site to Belgium only etc..
Amazon.de does list some items under Peter Hahn but not knowing the company and its products but knowing Amazon well, how many of these are actually PH products I cannot say.

Thanks very much for your comments. I was hoping that they were being more flexible from their home base and would treat most of EU as a market place. Looks like the end of the road for my wife’s first choice of supplier. Their clothes have been of a very high quality over the years but she says that there has been a lowering of standards more recently.

I don't know the background but it seems as if this could be their way of dealing with the changes in VAT across the EU. It used to be that the VAT was charged in the country of the seller. Now it is charged in the country of the buyer. The PH selling rules is a crude way of achieving this.
