Not really. You're seeing the chamber from the back, therefore from the front, ie the speaker's position, the Tories are on the right. On the right, as you view the image, the first block up to the passageway is the Scottish National Party. Labour is beyond the passageway. Bizarrely the chamber was set up in that format to be combative. Crossing the red lines on the floor was seen as hostile. Hence the expression "toe the line."
