Sorry if this is the wrong place but hope someone will see it and help. Is there a way of finding the best département for treating a particular illness? In the UK you could access something a bit like a 'league table' to find out the best area to go to for the best treatment for a specific problem. Hoping that exists here too.

I think there is somewhere you can find the specialities of different hospitals but I'll try to find out where....

Yes as shown there is. My wife and her friend had hip operations earlier this year in Rennes Clinic St Gregoire. They checked the lists of surgeons and hospitals and found one surgeon who was using best technology and had good reccomendations, he proved to be incredibly good. My wife had her other hip operated on 13 years ago and that op was far different to what was done earlier this year.

I am not sure if thanks are publicly available to view. The recipient should get a notification that they have been thanked but only you and they know about it.

The first only lists a few types of surgery and nothing for example about cancer treatment.. The second is hidden behind a paywall and the third is just a list of hospitals.... Anyone know of any other possible sources?

Anyone know of any other possible sources? Did you try any of the other results for the search I suggested? If I remember correctly the Le Point was free to access soon after it was published. But even now you can get a subscription for the first month for 1€ which should allow you to see it. As an alternative your public library will probably stock the publications.
