I would like to take some cheeses, bottles of wine, some beer for family, is it ok to take these things?

As said there are no real restrictions on food, the duty free allowance is pretty generous, for a couple it is 48 bottles of wine and 84 litres of beer, plus spirits and sparkling wine, you would probably have to jettison your luggage to get all that in the car !

It's only 36 litres of wine (18 each). If the personal allowance is exceeded and not declared duty/tax is charged on all not just the excess.

And remember that it is 18l for an individual.
If you were travelling as a couple and, perchance, you have 36 litres and would need to split a box to get the exact amount for each, then you will have to pay!
How that is applied in reality may vary.

A bottle of Prosecco or cremant is 75 cl,so not litres. How many of those can I take? You are allowed 9l instead of the spirits = 12 bottles (13 takes you just over the limit) for each person.

How that is applied in reality may vary. When travelling together the personal 'split' can be declared verbally so only one would be liable for any undeclared excess. Duty and VAT is the same for expensive wine as it is for cheap plonk.
