The pass sanitaire (for the moment) is either proof of full vaccination (yes, your attestation) or a negative test result.
After listening to Macron's speech: From the 21st July, you'll need a pass to gain access to places where there may be more than 50 people present: cinemas, theatres, theme parks, sports venues, etc. From the beginning of August, you'll need one when going out for a meal (this has to be agreed by the government and a new law has to be voted).
edited to add: You'll also need a pass for long journeys by train or bus.
On 15th September, vaccination will be compulsory for medical personnel and for staff /volunteers who come into contact with "vulnerable" people. In October, Covid tests will no longer be free - except on prescription.

The 15th September is when the medical staff must be vaccinated by.

Has all this been approved by the French parliament or is that still to come. Surely, compulsory vaccinations will need democratic agreement?
