David, does this mean that you now have fibre direct to your premises, you have a new improved contract and the new live box installed and still no super fast speeds? It sounds like they have not made the required system changes to allow you to access the full potential of fibre. Have you contacted them yet?

We ordered fibre from in March and are still waiting for it to be installed, absolutely shocking but very typical service from Orange. Our neighbours have it but we've been told we need to be patient as they need to install 350 metres of cabling to our house first which they knew when they did the initial survey and offered us the product. Luckily we've got excellent 4G coverage so having fibre is just a bonus rather than essential.

They really do not deserve to be paid in washers. Our service (not fibre) has been so bad recently That we have been off-line for longer than we have been on line in the last couple of weeks plus no telephone service either for several days. "You can keep working with our app" No I xxxxxx can't because you have given us no mobile signal. rant over - well for now anyway. Edit to add: I tried to post this two and a half hours ago but the line went down

One of my friends was with U.K. telecom (?) which stopped providing an internet connection overnight. She contacted SOSH who told her she could have a fibre connection and she was connected less than a week later. Nothing to complain about there.

Then it should be a good speed.
Ours stops at a repeater box 200 metres from chez nous, the rest is the old copper connection. We get aroud 80 Mbps.

You should be getting in the three figures I think.
