When you hover over the link 'cliquez ici', what web address appears in the status bar at the bottom left of your browser (assuming you're looking at the message online)?
It reads like a valid Orange message for those who have had messages left on their Orange phone number, but if it's the first time you've seen such a message you're wise to be suspicious.

No comments at all, I'm not an Apple user. No spare windows PC or laptop floating about to view it on?

On thinking about this, I am not aware of anybody that has a French mobile so I think I will just delete it.

Nifty, the French mobile number you mentioned has so far not (yet?) been quoted here, Signal Arnaques.

Check your voice mail for the message. What you do or don't do then depends on what the message says. There's no need to do anything further with the email except delete it.

Phishing because why would you need to use a link they provide to listen to a voicemail?
though he didn't mention the key ones (for me) which are does the email address me by name does it contain any information that a spammer wouldn't know (apart from email address)
the other signs - bad grammar, spelling etc - are more difficult to spot in a foreign language

I just delete these, and if I can be bothered, I log into my Orange account to see if there are any voicemail messages. No need to risk clicking on any link offered in an email.
