They'll just have to start using Dropbox in that case.
I use Windows 7 and I have heard of cloud storage, but I don't choose to use it. I don't have (want) a smart phone either.

I will never commit my files to some anonymous entity somewhere away from my home where it can be lost, hacked, or simply copied and stored to be sold to third parties. And if I ever find Windows 7 is unusable I will go to Linux rather than any newer Windows shambles.

Google gives you 15Gb free and obviously isn't tied into MS.
Burner phones have their uses too.
