From 15 December in France, those over 65 years old who had their second vaccination more than six months and 5 weeks prior to that date, and who have not had a booster (dose de rappel), will have their pass sanitaire deactivated.
As it has been put elsewhere: on 15 December if you have had the 2 vaccines more than 6 months and 5 weeks ago and have not arranged to get the 3rd dose your pass will no longer be valid.
Six months and 5 weeks before 15 December 2021 is 11 May 2021, so if you had your second dose after the end of May 2021, you'll have at least until the beginning of January 2022 to get the booster dose, and your pass sanitaire will still be valid throughout December.

I thought this a strange way to get the info across. Why 6 months and 5 weeks? Wouldn’t it have been clearer to phrase it 7 months and 1 week?

The official recommendation is to have the third dose 6 months after the second, and the 5 weeks is the window of opportunity.

Well that’s me boostered up with a shot of Pfizer this afternoon in the U.K……… Did you have your previous jabs in France or UK? If in France how will that get your third jab onto the pass sanitaire?
