Today cricketer Azeem Rafiq faced a House of Commons panel who heard his tales of alleged racism at Yorkshire CCC. Many high profile players and others were named. Yorkshire CCC has already said that no action will be taken against any of the people named , many of whom have resigned or have been put on gardening leave which in itself is unforgivable imo. David Lloyd, bumble to many has admitted some guilt and should now be relieved of his duties at SKY Sports. Other counties including the mighty Essex CCC and Northants are now facing similar accusations. I hope this is a turning point in sport in general in the UK as something clearly needs to change. Well done Azeem and I hope more players will have the guts to denounce what seems to be a very sinister trend in modern sport.

I think that David Lloyd, having admitted his errors, should continue in his job and become an ambassador for the anti-racism movement. He who is without sin cast the first stone.

I like many love listening to Bumble but his position is surely now untenable.

It's not the first time, and far from the last, that ancient social media activity comes back to bite someone on the bum.
