You might have problems coming to France after mid December. Javid says the booster jab will not be added to your health pass.

What savage ravage does and says are two completely different things……like any ‘Tory’ these days……what would be his reasoning behind not including it?

Probably saves time and money and why would anyone want to go on holiday outside the UK?

Give the over 65’s are probably a large stench of ‘Tory’ voters, I suspect he won’t want to upset them too much by imprisonment

If it happens then you are right about travel _ it's just when here you won't be able to go to restaurants/bars/clubs etc after Dec 15.

Anyone know if a negative test in the previous 48 (?) will be acceptable for access to restaurants etc?
As an aside the 15 Dec deadline is going to make life interesting for many +65s who didn’t have any additional vulnerabilities - I didn’t exactly hang around getting vaccinated and yet I’ve only got a two week gap between my post second jab 6 month point and Dec 15..can’t be the only one…I wonder if that Dec 15 date will slide?
Fortunately managed to book a 3rd vaccination locally for early Dec this AM.

Anyone know if a negative test in the previous 48 (?) will be acceptable for access to restaurants etc? I asked the same question this morning as I have possible visitors for Christmas who are in the same situation, whose sole aim of being here for Christamas is of course affordable dining in Michelin Star places! I was told that it is too early to say and wait for all the detail to be drafted, but the consensus was that it should be an option for those waiting to have the booster - maybe a neg test with evidence of full vaccination and proof that a booster jab has been booked...

No you are not alone Plog. Our booster would theoretically be on Boxing Day and our Doctor, who is now doing injections, has us booked in for her January day of action.

I’m sure they’ll get off their lazy 2 job fat salary a*ses very soon and make it so, like I say, they won’t want to lose the stench of post 65 year old Tory voters……

Thanks for the link, Mysty. I had been thinking I was the only person whose booster was not showing up on the NHS app, and wondering how I could check. Ridiculous situation; something will have to happen, or all those politicians are going to find their own fun limited on their Christmas trips abroad.
