Links for pcpa , StV? They don't appeal to me, I'm afraid.
They are links!
I changed it round a bit after the first go - kale is very virtuous-tasting - so the current versionsubstitutes 3 sweet peppers for the kale and cannelloni beans for the lentils. You could add green beans i suppose. And some chicken, FFS

@stvincent Thanks for that. I especially like the look of : thefirstmess.com/2020/02/19/sweet-potato-coconut-milk-stew/ .. though I would swap out the kale for our blette from the veg plot. Kale I do find really too virtuous, as you say. I might try it out then if OH likes the taste of it I can add some chicken at a later effort to appease him by giving him smthg to chew over

Tonight it will be Kkanpunggi with a side of Kimchi with a couple (or so) of Hite beers to wash it down with. Excepting the beer, all home-made.

I just googled both of those dishes since I'd never heard of either. They do both sound lovely, but where on earth do you get some of the required ingredients Le-Dolly? Around these parts turmeric is about the limit of anything 'exotic'.

Around these parts turmeric is about the limit of anything 'exotic'. I don't think that there is anything 'exotic' in Kkanpunggi. Perhaps there are a couple of must wants in Kimchi, but I have always found what I want online or in Asian supermarkets, even the likes of Minari, Turbinado & Buchu. Perhaps have a day out in Limoges and visit Thoune Asia or Asia Market.

Yes, that's what I meant. The other is steak de cheval, which I have no interest in trying.
