Poulet au vinaigre, sweet potato mash and broccoli. Rather yummy after 6 months of non-stop BBQs

Chicken casserole to use up too much chicken in the freezer; first time the oven has run for months. You must have too much money, normally a couple of hours should cook most meals. Was it a slow cooker?

Was it a slow cooker? Subtle, mystry, subtle. It was in the oven though as I didnt have time to do it in the slow cooker. A pity but a lesson in planning!

Roast chicken with roast potatoes and parsnips, mashed swede and broccoli. If I can summon enough energy to cook it!

Easy day today .. I will be heating up curry, made the other day by OH, to have with baked potatoes cooked in the air-fryer. Don't know what time supper will be as OH has gone off for a kiné session.

Same here, Sue I batch-cooked Chicken Tikka Masala to freeze the other day, so time to try it with cardamom rice and home-made pickles and chutney. It's definitely curry weather now
