There are grave concerns about the Queen's health. Charles and Camilla are on route to Balmoral. Although rumours have been circulating it's now being spoken of in circles high enough to give it credence.

All the Royals have been summoned to Balmoral and the Beeb has suspended regular programming until 6pm. Judging by the reaction in the Commons it would seem more serious than the Palace announcement suggests.

I assume she is dying, or may already have passed away. I'm not a royalist but it will seem strange without her. It's all my generation has ever known.

It seems very likely that her life is ending, may already have happened. The lovely photo of her by the cosy fire this week will likely be the last.
I hope that her family can support one another despite the recent bitterness.

For me, she is the only one of the bunch to gain my full respect.

They normally do not comment of health matters unless it interferes with public engagements and then only tersely.

Won't happen.
It would be Operation Unicorn in Scotland.
I am hoping it will be neither.

She has had a good life, and when she goes, it will sad, but not as sad as what will follow.

It's sad. If you don't think so you've got a swinging brick for a heart.

I really doubt if we shall ever see anyone quite like her again.

I’m not a fan of the Monarchy but she carried out the role her birthright gave her exceptionally well and always put her sense her duty first. Perhaps due to her Father’s example as King during WW2 and her own role during the conflict. RIP.
